Return/refund policies

Journals
 
Damaged Journals
Journals received by the purchaser in damaged condition will be replaced or a credit issued to the purchasers’ account for the full purchase price. Books damaged after purchase through improper storage, misuse, etc. will not be replaced or credited.

Damaged journals should be returned to the OADD office at 2 Surrey Place Toronto, ON M5S 2C2.

Lost Journals
Journals which have been paid for but do not arrive 4 weeks after purchase for Canadian orders or 8 weeks after purchase for international orders will be replaced on receipt of a written request; shipping and handling charges will be applied to all replacement orders.

Conference – OADD

Once registration is approved the registrant will receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be in received in writing by email to oadd@oadd.org or by fax to 416-925-6508. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference less a $50 administrative fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations received with 30 days or less remaining before the conference starting date. Substitutions for participants are acceptable; please notify the conference organizers at oadd@oadd.org

Membership fees
Membership fees are paid annually and entitle the payee to membership privileges for the stated membership year. The membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st.

Membership can be cancelled at any time on receipt of a written request however no refunds will be issued. For other conditions of membership please see the OADD bylaws.
