The Power of Partnerships: Energize, Strategize, Realized
We have arrived at the future; the sector has been changing over the years giving us a new reality. Partnerships are needed to move forward and to provide the best of care. Adjusting to this new strategy is easier when we learn from each other.
This conference is an opportunity to share experiences, lessons learned and strategies for adapting. Whether you are a front-line worker seeing your role change or an administrator working through new organizational strategies we value your perspective.

WE are our own best resource. Come and build a new future with us.
